Special Announcements:
1) We are continuing Super Kids Readers.
2) We will read a story for 2-3 days so children will be able to identify main idea,plot and characters. This will help them transfer this critical thinking skill to their writing.
3) Phonics: We will be alternating between Phonics work book and Super Kids Phonics work book.
4) Math: We will continue to practice Math Facts for 2’ and 3 Fact Families. Continue simple addition problems. Learn to add vertically and horizontally.
5) Science: We will continue to read and discuss plants, the plants we can eat and how plants are important to our environment.
6) Social Studies: We are reading about and discussing communities and will continue simple map skills: EX: locating N,S,W,E on maps.
7) All Homework in Science, Social Studies and Religion are to be done in Notebooks. PLEASE SIGN ALL HOMEWORK!!!
